推(tuī)力球軸承采(cǎi)用(yòng)高速運轉時可承受推(tuī)力載荷(hé)的設(shè)計,由帶有球滾(gǔn)動的滾道(dào)溝的(de)墊(niàn)圈狀(zhuàng)套(tào)圈構成。由于套(tào)圈為座(zuò)墊形,因(yīn)此,推(tuī)力球軸承被分(fèn)為(wéi)平底座(zuò)墊型(xíng)和調心球(qiú)面座墊型(xíng)兩種類型。另(lìng)外,這種(zhǒng)軸承可(kě)承(chéng)受軸向載(zǎi)荷,但(dàn)不能(néng)承受徑向(xiàng)載荷。該類軸承隻适(shì)用于承受一面(miàn)軸向(xiàng)負荷、轉速較低(dī)的機件上(shàng),例如(rú)起重(zhòng)機(jī)吊(diào)鈎、立式水(shuǐ)泵立式離(lí)心(xīn)機、千斤(jīn)頂、低速減速器(qì)等。軸承的(de)軸圈(quān)、座圈和(hé)滾(gǔn)動體(tǐ)是分離的,可以分别裝拆。
thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds, consisting of gasket rings with ball rolling raceway grooves. because the ring is cushion, therefore, thrust ball bearing is divided into two types: flat bottom cushion type and center adjusting spherical cushion type. besides, the bearing can bear axial load, but it can't bear radial load. this kind of bearing is only suitable for the parts with one axial load and low speed, such as crane hoisting hook, vertical pump vertical centrifuge, jack, low speed reducer and so on. bearing rings, seat rings and rolling bodies are separated, and they can be assembled and disassembled separately.
